This module provides UNIVERSAL::new(), the ultimate constructor:
use Acme::UNIVERSAL::new;
my $q = UNIVERSAL::new( 'CGI' );
my $dbh = UNIVERSAL::new( 'dbi:Pg:dbname=my_db', '', '', {} );
# ...
Just call UNIVERSAL::new() as a function, passing whatever arguments you want, and you will receive an appropriate object.
INSTALLATION
To install this module, run the following commands:
perl Build.PL
perl ./Build
perl ./Build test
perl ./Build install
You can also use the compatible Makefile.PL, but I don't.
