App::XML::DocBook::Builder - Build DocBook/XML files.

    use App::XML::DocBook::Builder;

    my $foo = App::XML::DocBook::Builder->new();

Initialize the makefile in the directory.

Accepts one named argument which is "doc_base" for the document base name.
