Audio::Mad::Util - a utility class for working with mpeg streams

  This module provides some support functions for gathering
  information out of an mpeg stream.  Currently this module
  is intended for learning and internal purposes only,  it
  will have better documentation and a cleaner interface 
  in future versions.
