• Moved XSP code over to TaglibHelper module
• Renamed session plugin to use the Ax 1.6 "Plugin" directory
• Removed "pnotes" code, since this was causing problems
• Now using global %session and pushed handlers to do cleanup
• Fixed Makefile.PL to include all module dependencies
