ABSTRACT
These set of modules allow the parsing of files produced by the Affymetrix microarray system. If you don't know what one of those is, these are not the modules you're looking for.
INSTALLATION
To install this module type the following:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
DEPENDENCIES
This module requires no other modules or libraries. It does require perl 5.8.0 and up though.
EXTRAS
There is a demonstration script in demo. pdoc contains some webpages created from perldoc to explain the API.

LIMITATION
The test script is not very comprehensive
