Bio::GenBankParser

This module is meant to be a stand-alone parser for GenBank records. It is not related to the BioPerl project and has not ties to or requirements of it. This module uses Parse::RecDescent grammar that is intended to be more easily extensible than the common method of using regular expressions. Please feel free to use and modify the grammar and submit bugs, patches and enhancements back to the author.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

        perl Build.PL
        ./Build
        ./Build test
        ./Build install

After installing, you can find documentation for this module with the perldoc command.
