Bio::Tools::Run::Maq::Config - Configuration data for maq commands
Used internally by Bio::Tools::Run::Maq.
This package exports information describing maq commands, parameters, switches, and input and output filetypes for individual maq commands.
User feedback is an integral part of the evolution of this and other Bioperl modules. Send your comments and suggestions preferably to the Bioperl mailing list. Your participation is much appreciated.
