 my $form = CGI::Form::Table::Reader->new(query => $query, prefix => 'user');

 my $users = $form->rows;

`CGI::Form::Table::Reader->new(query => $query, prefix => $prefix)`

`CGI::Form::Table::Reader->rows`

Returns an arrayref of hashrefs from the CGI inputs with the given prefix.
