Provides methods to perform tape backups using either dump or tar

Creates a new instance of CatalystX::Usul::TapeDevice and stores a cloned copy of CatalystX::Usul::Model::FileSystem

Stuffs the stash with data to render the backup form

Eject the tape

Start a backup
