• backported to 5.005_03 (what a pain!)
• renamed Debug::SIGSEGVFault to Debug::DumpCore
• renamed the Debug::SIGSEGVTrace package to be Debug::FaultAutoBT, planning to trap other signals that result in a core dump.
• changed the default backtrace base filename to be "core.backtrace." rather than "core." (which was misleading).
• split SIGSEGVTrace.xs into SIGSEGVFault.xs and SIGSEGVTrace.xs
