• The following are suggested by Tatsuhiko Miyagawa.
  • create HTML entities table in it's way.
  • removed HTML::Entities from prerequisite pm to build this distribution.
  • added "xml" suffixed two functions (name2decimalxml() and name2hex_xml()) for addapted to create valid XML.
