SYNOPSIS

 # create a Moby Float with initial value of -15.5
 my $data = MOSES::MOBY::Data::Float->new (value => -15.5);
 my $data = MOSES::MOBY::Data::Float->new (-15.5);

 # later change the value of this data object
 $data->value (79);
 print $data->value();
