This handler will make sure that every node which is a file which has a perl suffix will be checked by the build system via the perl source code checking methods.

This is the actual method doing the Pdmt manipulation.

TEST($)

This is a testing suite for the Meta::Pdmt::Handlers::PerlChecker module. This test is should be run by a higher level management system at integration or release time or just as a regular routine to check that all is well.

Currently this test does nothing.
