USAGE
From the shell/command line:
- module_new manifest

updates MANIFEST.
OPTIONS
- edit

If set to true, you can edit the updated MANIFEST.
- force
-
If set to true, MANIFEST will be removed at first (to remove unwanted/missing entries).
