Module-Starter-XSimple version 0.0.1

This is a replacement for Module::Starter::Simple which generates XS files (with matching .PM stub files) instead of conventional Perl templates. As such, it requires the presence of Devel::PPPort to generate an up-to-date ppport.h.

To use this, you can either call the module-starter script like this:

module-starter --module=[modulename] --class=Module::Starter::XSimple

or create a .module-starter/config file with at least the following lines:

author: your name
email: your_address@example.com
builder: Module::Build
plugins: Module::Starter::XSimple

At present, M::S::XSimple only supports Module::Build, because where the XS and associated files is different between M::B and ExtUtils::ModuleMaker.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

perl Build.PL
./Build
./Build test
./Build install
