This packaage designed to manipulate ms tts com object. Other tts engines to be
added as I am made aware of them. Got a better suggestion for a package name send
me an email to washu@olypmus.net.
This package provides a methods to call speech tts objects

To install this module type the following:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
