Pangloss::Segment::Decline::NoSelectedLanguage - decline unless selected language

  $pipe->add_segment( Pangloss::Segment::NoSelectedLanguage->new )

This class inherits its interface from OpenFrame::WebApp::Segment::Decline.

Declines if the request does not contain a 'selected_language' argument.
