This is a very rudimentary proxy for RTSP. It's highly untested and supports only basic commands, but it does work successfully with a simple RTSP server and VLC. Patches and feedback welcome.
INSTALLATION
To install this module type the following:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
