• BEWARE! incompatible change: overhaul in argument names for &make_halfsort -

  make_halfsort(pre => \@s, post => \@e, any => \&s)

  becomes make_halfsort(start => \@s, end => \@e, fallback => \&s)

• fixed MANIFEST for CPANTS sake
