The README is used to introduce the module and provide instructions on how to install the module, any machine dependencies it may have (for example C compilers and installed libraries) and any other information that should be provided before the module is installed.
INSTALLATION
To install this module type the following:
$ perl Makefile.PL
$ make
$ make test
$ make install
$ vi bin/smoke_db.cgi
<update your dir path, mysql config>
$ cp bin/smoke_db.cgi <your_apache_path>/cgi-bin/smoke_db.cgi
then do
$ man admin_smokedb
DEPENDENCIES
This module requires these other modules and libraries:
NNTP::NNTPClient
DBI
DBD::Mysql
And if you want create graph, GD::Graph
