Tie-Handle-CSV

Makes basic access to CSV files easier. When you read from the file handle, a hash or an array is returned depending on whether headers exist or do not.

Regardless of the type of the returned data, when it is converted to a string, it automatically converts back to CSV format.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install

Alternatively, to install with Module::Build, you can use the following commands:

perl Build.PL
./Build
./Build test
./Build install
