Constructs new UMMF::MOF_1_3::Model::ScopeKind literal value. $literal must be one of the following:

* 'classifer_level'

Returns 'classifer_level'.

Calls confess() with $msg if <UMMF::MOF_1_3::Model::ScopeKind-__validate_type($value)>> is false.

Returns true if receiver is a UMMF::MOF_1_3::Model::ScopeKind. Other receivers will return false.

`isaModel__ScopeKind`

Returns true if receiver is a UMMF::MOF_1_3::Model::ScopeKind. Other receivers will return false. This is the fully qualified version of the isaScopeKind method.
