Constructs new UMMF::UML_1_5::Foundation::Data_Types::Boolean value.

FALSE

Returns 'false'.

TRUE

Returns 'true'.

Returns true if $value is a valid representation of UMMF::UML_1_5::Foundation::Data_Types::Boolean.
