VCS::SnapshotCM is currently mainly a container for the whistory and wannotate scripts. It contains a module, VCS::SnapshotCM::Tools, but its interface is not considered stable.

It would be nice to have VCS::SnapshotCM compatible with the other VCS:: modules. Patches welcome.
