inspect_text_content

you can add something like this to your vim script file:

    " script type: plugin

    " ScriptType: plugin

    " Script Type: plugin

then the file will be installed into ~/.vim/plugin/

We can't get the script type of this plugin "@{[ $self->package_name ]}".
Please infom the plugin author to add a script type tag like this:
