• Fixed the Dynamic_Col_Headings bug, thanks to the patch from Michel Rodriguez.
• Added Headings_Handler attribute for non-ASCII custom handlers as well as a default handler that only works on ASCII char set.
• Added SubChar to allow to specify a character(s) to substitute illegal chars in XML tag names.
