SYNOPSIS
my $menu = iPodDB::Menu->new( $frame );
DESCRIPTION
This adds a menu bar to the main iPodDB window. It has three menus: File, Edit and Help.
METHODS
new( $frame )
Creates the menu bar and adds the File, Edit and Help menus to it.
