Qtpl is template library for use in CGI applications. It's :

• support blocks;
• support simple variable and array substitutions;
• handle simple logic (IF, ELSE, ENDIF). More complex logic must

  still in your program.

It's first public release of library. Refer to module inline documentation. Some examples stored in ./ex directory.
